Amazing and heartfelt story

What did you love best about Never Again Good-Bye?

I love how the characters progressed. A meeting that changed lives.

What did you like best about this story?

I love how the love story unfolded.

Have you listened to any of Sandra Burr’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, this was my first. I liked how she read.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The 2nd wedding.

Any additional comments?

It was a good book to listen to. Adversity comes in many ways and this book showed you how adversity can be overcome if you have faith and belive in GOD!!!

Not my fave

First I apologize to Terri that I have to write a bad review. This book made me angry and made me want to not listen to it anymore. I did finish but barely. As an adopted child I felt very strongly that writing about the successful interference of a bio mother was not ok. Had these events happened to me I would have been devastated. I worried as a little girl that my bio mom could change her mind and take me away. This should never happen and should never be encouraged even in a fictional book with a “happy” ending. This book gets a zero rating from me for that reason. The story is not sweet and the bio mom is incredibly selfish, the money is secondary, even homeless with dad would be better than the insecurity that the actions of this bio mom would bring about. Anyways, I usually enjoy Terri Blackstock and don’t even read the teaser about the book knowing I will enjoy her writing, however this one was not good.

True love story and romance as the Lord intended

I am not sure why people [ladies inparticular] are goven to salacious, vulgar and immoral narratives. Jere is the ultimate romance. It includes the One who pursues and redeems us despite our resistance

Loved this book!

This was my first Terry Blackstock book! It was very entertaining and well written in my opinion. Helps bring home the point that God gives us second chances, and third, and fourth.

Powerful and amazing.

If you could sum up Never Again Good-Bye in three words, what would they be?

Amazing, powerful and emotional.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Never Again Good-Bye?

When Amy helped Lainy give her heart to jesus. The wisdom in a child of her age was just amazing. It touched me deeply.

Which character – as performed by Sandra Burr – was your favourite?

Liked the way she did all the characters, can't really give a favourite.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Lainy was taking care of Amy while she was ill, when she sat with her in the rocking chair singing to her.

Any additional comments?

An amazing book by an amazing Author. Terri Blackstock is one of my favourites and love her books. Was so excited to see this series on Audible.
