Poppy Dunsfield needs a job.

I agree with Kriss. I made it through, but only just. Storyline is thin, and though I can understand the FMC's anxieties, they made the overall story painful. One minute she says she will absolutely not have sex with him and the next day she falls straight into his bed! Good willpower that one lol.

I hate to post negative reviews but this could have been so much better. Maybe I've just been spoilt by too many amazing books. The hero either annoyed or bored me, maybe you'll like him if you prefer caveman types. Too 'perfect' yet rubbish communication, and no development. The FMC is no better, just forgiving all and basically a doormat. The writing wasn't great either, I missed many scene changes because they just ended and moved on. The spice didn't do it either, technically open door but most short and hardly creating any reaction in me, the reader. And I feel like the male narrator just gave up trying to sound female by the end of the book.
I would not recommend. sorry.

I would not bother with this one as it has to be one of the most frustrating books. It has a ridiculous story line which consisted of nothing but rubbish communication and did nothing but annoy me… plus it had a sooky little B of an FMC 🙃

I couldn’t get into it, which is a surprise because it started off really good. The narratives were okay, the story was okay just an easy book to listen to I guess.

I really enjoyed this novel from start to finish. The author keeps you interested from Start to finish.
It is an easy flowing audiobook.
