A very interesting book that filled in some of the gaps in th reporting of the Melbourne crime scene and the players, well worthwhile.
Can’t say enough about how irritating the narrator, Nick Atkinson, was and in repeatedly mispronouncing key things like names of suburbs. Would have rated higher apart from this irritation and distraction.

Sly's very fine writing is overshadowed by the narrator's poor pronunciation of names, towns and just... words. Are you actually Australian, mate? Even a toff in "Breighton"[sic] doesn't sound out names like Johnstone! Sly is a cultured knockabout!
