About this listen

My new neighbor is a total tool

He hated me from the second he laid eyes on me, and I don't have the first clue why.... But, if he wants to hate me, I'm happy to give him a few reasons: mowing the lawn at dawn on the weekend, leaving garbage cans in front of his driveway, renting a petting zoo for my backyard...making a list of ways to drive him crazy is half the fun.

He deserves it with the way he's driving me crazy right back without even trying - walking around without a shirt on, sweaty rippling muscles on full display, well-worn denim jeans perfectly molded to his...well, you get the idea.

My point is, if he wants a war, I'll give him one.

Nailed is an enemies to lovers, neighbors who can't stand each other, omg the anger banging, drool worthy, low angst story, which happens to be the second in my Four Bears Construction Series. It CAN be listened to as a standalone. There are NO shifters in this series, only the OTHER kind of bears.

This is an enemies to more romance, featuring Dare and Stone, and is book two in the Four Bears Construction series.

Stone moves into his fixer upper house and his neighbour, Dare, instantly doesn’t like him. Stone then purposely tries to antagonise Dare over the next couple of months until it all comes to a head one day and they end up colliding in a hot angry hook up.

For an enemies to more book, it’s still very sweet. Both MMCs are timid when it comes to dating but both want to find their person but never thought it would happen. It’s spicy and fun and Stone’s misuse of phases is hilarious, and they totally make sense. The use of butter, wink and the goat LMAO. And their love of dogs, swoon city.

I am enjoying this series so far. I’m really looking forward to getting to Ollie’s book but I have Ev’s book next.

Things to expect in this MM romance are:
2nd book in series
Enemies to more
Mechanic x Contractor
Neighbours
Grumpy x Sunshine
Antagonising antics
Dog with no boundaries
Fun with butter, wink
Spicy times

Story of Dare and Stone

Stone (weird name), one of the Four Bears Construction boys, is determined to irritate Dare (weirder name), his next-door neighbour in this enemies-to-lovers romance. Dare took an instant dislike to Stone when he moved in, so being a mature adult, Stone makes it his life’s mission to rile him up - cue the hate sex! I must be getting old because I felt a lot of sympathy for Dare and I actually couldn’t stand Stone at first. Despite the badly behaved beginning, these two guys totally won me over and I was cheering for their happy ending. I’m glad I stuck with the series, I much preferred this story to Caulky (book 1), Nailed doesn’t rely on crazy coincidences and the subplots involving the dogs, Dare’s anger management issues, and his nephew, West, were all interesting. Audio narrators, Tim Paige and Liam DiCosimo did a great job, I think Liam particularly ‘nailed’ Stone’s character and voice!

Nailed it!

Excellent Narration. Very entertaining and funny story of two men and their dogs finding love. Looking forward to reading book 3 in this series.

Unusual humour!
