Identify Positive NLP Modalities

Modalities are basically representational systems that we use, that are tied to memory. If you can identify your negative modalities that were used to create bad memories, then you can switch them out for more positive ones!

Eliminate sources of negativity

It seems simple, but one of the best ideas for dealing with depression is eliminating sources of negativity such as the news and some social media. Make a decision to take control of what you watch, and you will feel better!

Coping with feelings

Coping with depression is tough. This book doesn’t purport to be a magic solution, but NLP is truly and amazing tool that can be used to help you gain control over negative emotions! Very useful techniques and I recommend checking it out.

NLP anchors are awesome!

Creating NLP anchors is SO COOL! At first I was really skeptical that it could work, but I have been using one for a few days now and I can recall a feeling of happiness whenever I want. Not sure how much of that is the placebo effect, but then again, I guess that is the point, to trick your brain into thinking something different than it is.
