This series has been on my TBR for a while, I’m glad I finally jumped into it. It was a beautiful read, low angst, some spice, great character development and supportive secondary characters. Everything is set up for the other books, so very keen to read book two.
Michael Dean also does a great job on the narration of the audiobook, I’ve listened to so many of his narrations now that his voice is super comforting, love his performances.

However, it really needed two narrators. Michael Dean had to keep switching between two males of a similar age and it was often hard to distinguish which one was talking. So his voice was Ok but it became confusing.
