Very enjoyable and large array of characters all with interesting and intertwining stories.

Well written and well researched helping bring an interesting historical period to life in a satisfying way.

Our central characters relationships continue to evolve and allow the story to touch on many facets of Victorian life beyond simply a murder mystery.

The narrator while not being perfect in my opinion also does a fine job.

I’m looking forward to more instalments in this excellent series.
