Publisher's Summary

Her grandfather wants her to come home, and Molly thinks she just might. His ranch will be a good place for her sons to grow up, a place to escape big-city influences. Then she learns - from a stranger named Sam Dakota - that her grandfather is ill. Possibly dying. Molly packs up the kids without a second thought and makes the long drive to Sweetgrass, Montana.

Once she arrives, she immediately has questions about Sam Dakota. Why is he working on her grandfather’s ranch? Why doesn’t the sheriff trust him? Just who is he? But despite everything, Molly can’t deny her attraction to Sam - until her ailing grandfather tries to push them into marriage.

Moving to the state of Montana is one thing; entering the state of matrimony is another! Some borders aren’t so easy to cross….

Trusting Again isn't Easy.

Molly had been let down once by a lying, thieving, conniving man, but when her gramps suggests she marry Sam Dakota because he is a good man she balks. She had thought never to marry again and open herself up to the heartache of another deceitful man, but with her grandfather days numbered and her love and trust in the old man, she begins to give his suggestion some thought. Her two sons do need a father, she can’t run the ranch by herself, it’s in such bad shape and with all the weird things that has been happening she does need Sam. Can this desperate mom trust a man with a shady past with her family’s future?
I really enjoyed this story. It’s one of learning to trust again, of thinking before acting, of asking the right questions before jumping to conclusions, of communicating, of loving.

This book is a “ Must read” !!!!!!!

I loved this book. It held my attention from beginning to end. The narration was excellent! What I especially liked about it, is that this book wasn’t riveted with curse words like some of them are. This author is truly fantastic. I will be reading another one of her books.

Excellent

A very enjoyable listen with a great story and strong characters, I think this book is one of Debbie Macomber's best and Emily Beresford did a great job with the narration. Definitely worth the credit.

great book

the narration fit this book. the author writes all of her books with just the right amount of authenticity. I felt I was right there as a neighbor to the Weatons and the residents of Sweetgrass.

Really Good

I really enjoyed this book. The importance of family and how a married couple can beat all odds. When no one believed in her husband.
