Summary
A true story of Mobutu, a self-centered leader who provided a rapidly devaluing currency in a land having vast natural resources.
A missionary at Bafuka duplicated his own money to serve his people; his currency retained its value until it was worn out or lost. A wealthy business man discovered how to make vast amounts of money by ruthlessly exploiting the situation, but with no thought for his soul.
