Bauhelfer Stan will nicht glauben, dass dort, wo er die Hauswand glättet, ein Jahr zuvor ein Mensch ermordet wurde. Zwei Wochen lang renovieren Freiwillige aus Deutschland, Belgien und Holland die Häuser ungarischer Roma, deren Familienangehörige bei einer Serie rassistisch bedingter Mordanschläge getötet wurden. Zwei Wochen lang leben und arbeiten die Bauhelfer in der Roma-Siedlung. Autorin Anja Schrum hat sie begleitet.
