Publisher's Summary

Max Riley is the man of your dreams. Or at least he will be, for a price.

As his alter-ego Mister Romance, Max is a drop-dead gorgeous escort who makes romantic fantasies come to life. No sex, just swoon-worthy dates to die for, and the cream of New York's socialites can't get enough. Whether they want a dominating billionaire, bad boy with a heart of gold, hot geek, sexy biker, or best friend who loves them from afar, Max can make it all happen, but he's careful to keep his real identity a secret.

Enter investigative journalist Eden Tate. Having caught wind of the urban legend of Mister Romance, Eden is determined to publish a scathing expose on Max and his ability to swindle lonely society women out of their fortunes.

Desperate to protect his anonymity and his clients, Max challenges Eden to give him three dates. If she doesn't fall in love with him, she can run her story with his blessing. If she succumbs to his charms, the story dies. Cynical Eden has no doubt she can resist his fake romance personas, but when the real Max admits he's falling for her, she has to decide if the professional liar is telling the truth, or if the passionate man with the mysterious past is just one more character designed to con her out of her career-making story.

Contains mature themes.

Wow.

Loved this book. Swoon worthy. A story to make your heart sing. would listen to this book again.
Andi Arndt does an amazing job of the male voice and it is easy to forget it is only Andi reading.

My 1st Leisa Rayven book ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Andi Arndt is so dang talented that I love listening to her over and over again what a amazing women/voice love that she can nail all her characters and seriously blows her male voice characters out of the water... I seriously forget it’s just her narrating the book she is that good! Thanks for making this story come to life with your talent and what a awesome story it was.. I met thinking one thing was going to happen and of course was thinking the worst and was so pleased to be wrong. I could relate to this female character in so many ways that it was so well written not like most romance books that are predictable.. Leisa Rayven I’ll have to check out more of your writing and I really hope you continue to use great narrators like Andi Arndt she is Bad A$$!! If you haven’t checked out this book it’s a must!

should be a movie !!!!

Such a great book and storyline BUT it was hard for me to like Eden for a while because she was TOO closed off and cynical. I get it you were hurt but sheesh. I would love if this was a movie, I’d watch it time and time again!!!!

Maybe next time...

This book left a lot to be desired. It had a great premise(an escort who sells romance not sex) but it’s execution was tainted by a super type A heroine and a hero it took too long to know, that by the time we did, it was too late to care.

The heroine was judge mental and about as appealing as a grater against my skin. It sucks because it’s not a bad book. Sometimes the dialogue is immature but it’s still well written. But even the hero isn’t appealing enough to save my lack of interest.

I probably will read book two; this is my first book by this author but it doesn’t deter me from trying another. I’ve definitely been less than impressed with one book but then ADORED the very next book I tried.

Overall it was a long book and felt long. I didn’t hate it but didn’t love it either.

Loved!!

I loved this book. The scenario is a tad far fetched, but who cares! The book has great narration, isnt boring, and has a good message.

Loved it! Solid story & outstanding narration.

This is my first experience with this author and I am very happy to say that I enjoyed it from start to end will certainly be checking out more of her work. This audiobook was recommended to me by quite a few people and it is certainly worth the hype. The characters were very well developed, I enjoyed how both leads were flawed in in their own way but they managed to break through barriers to let themselves fall for what was happening between them. Andi Arndt delivered a spectacular narration, as always, filled with fun & flirty to emotional and sexy nuances. Her talent knows no bounds and this story certainly was a great vehicle for her to show off what she does best. Also, her Irish Male accent is TO DIE FOR!!! A solid 5 ⭐

Well done

really enjoyed the story line, the one-line zingers, that I intend to use "turtle-neck Tuesday at Hooters." good romance w/o too much unrealistic drama...and some sexy images.

Good book

Enjoyed listening to this. Didn’t give it 5 stars because had a few issues with the heroine and the believability of the hero’s profession, but that didn’t take away from the overall book and it’s still worth a listen.
