Vague spoilers ahead
The first story is an enemies? to lovers story, with a good dose of action, some war and a juicy plot twist.
I want there to be a side story for Charlie and Door.
The second is an enemies to lovers story, with a bit of found family, action and traumatic back story that could be triggering for some. It’s got more emotional content in it than the first story.
The third story is a friend’s to lovers story, that’s a sweet, feel good listen. The plot is gentle and has no dark themes.
All three stories have good spice, but the third story has more spice than the other two combined.
The narrator has a lovely, emotive and sexy voice that really worked for me. Especially when he says “Oh gods” in the second book. I might listen to it again, just for that.
5 stars! And, I’ll be adding it to my TBR again pile.
