Loving it!

Enjoying hearing everyone acknowledge parts of themselves they need to work on while being well supported in a positive and action oriented environment with Ant and his team's guidance. Great book to encourage self reflection and learn with them along the way.

The Marathon has challenged me , taught me and has kept me going even when I wasn't running. Mind Over Muscle with Ant Middleton does the same.

Mind Over Muscle won't protect me from Covid-19.

After seeing this man declare that he doesn't care about the thousands, if not millions of people who are at risk of death or serious complications from the current global pandemic, seeing this appear in my recommendations made me feel sick and angry.

YOU might not be at risk of the more serious symptoms, but there are plenty of people around you with asthma, using immunosuppressive therapies for autoimmune diseases, chemotherapy for cancer, and so many others. If you can't care about others at a time like this then I can't take any of your advice seriously.

Beyond pointless

Taking a bunch a bunch of marathon runners, listening to them running around while Middleton shouts motivating things at them, does not make a compelling Podcast. I got zero value from this.

Be inspired!

Just finished listening to this pod cast. Very inspiring. It's really made me think that I've got to set myself a challenge like this. I wish all the participants the best of luck. 👍😉

How do you even delete this

I can't remove this rubbish from my device. It's almost a tv episode that they copied the audio into a podcast.

Absolute fraud

How this fraud is still peddling this crud is beyond me. If you’d ever read his first book you’d realise he spent it drinking heavily, having drunken punch ups, realising after some considerable that he hadn’t joined the actual parachute regiment which came as a shock to him! I mean, FFS! You think you’d research it wouldn’t you! To top it all, he was never ‘first in’ to anything. He’s an absolute fraud, the Tracy Emin of the British army. Snowflake? He’s an avalanche.
