Really good audio book indeed to Improve life

Really good audio book indeed. I'm a certified hypnosis and NLP practitioner, and meditation instructor, and can say that the content of this book is accurate, interesting, well researched and well spoken. The analogies are original, and the language used makes the listening fun. super!

UNIQUE listen to Improve Life

I've just starting listening Mid Hacking by Taylor Begal and I must say it is EXCELLENT! It's an unusual self-help book! It's educational, witty, unique, and self-help(full) - if I might add. Author speaks about his personal life and struggles in a way that exudes self-acceptance and maximal truth.

I listen this book because I had problems to concentrate. When listening and when listening to people my mind was constantly wandering. This book helped my mind to be attentive. There's much more in the book but that's what was most helpful to me. I already recommended to people.

Good advice to Improve Your Life

This is a very good self-help audio book that provides useful tips, advice and guidance. The author, who apparently knighted himself by changing his name legally, carries a lot of “street cred” insofar as author had a drinking and drug problem which author overcame.

Excellent so Far to Improve Your Life!

I just started this audio book today and haven't gotten to the "how to" part yet. But I felt compelled to go ahead and speak a preliminary review (even though I hate it when I listen reviews from people who haven't used a product yet but what can I say? I'm a walking contradiction.

Fun listen with Substance to Improve Life!

There are many tools provided to help gain a better understanding of what is causing the problems in your life which the author describes as loops. Loops are a programming term for repeating commands over and over.

An awesomely spoken, great audio book on life

Very well spoken and enjoyable listen. Parallel with hacking and programming was extremely clear to me as engineer. The ideas are very well explained and analyzed with practical examples. Funny listen: a must listen in self help!

Finally, I seem to have come across an audible that's well-spoken and enjoyable to listen to! I'll update my review after I've finished the audible and started applying some of his techniques. This audible is eye-opening

I recommended this audible to a friend who was going through some troubling times, and two weeks later he thanked me for the recommendation. If your life is less than perfect in any way, buy this audible and follow the advice! You will be better off.
