Mientras descanso en el vestuario del hammam, un anciano ciego y nostálgico me pide que me convierta en sus ojos porque añora la varonil algarabía de los baños públicos. Así que acudo cada semana fingiendo seguir el ritual de limpieza para espiar en las salas vaporosas y anotar cuanto veo. Pero poco a poco el calor me relaja, la mirada curiosa se tuerce hacia mí mismo y emprendo un vuelo que remueve mis recuerdos de infancia.
