About this listen

Les Norton’s Hawaiian holiday should have been just like in the tourist brochures: balmy days, blue seas, palm trees swaying in the moonlight. Instead, one of Norton’s old friends turns out to be the biggest brothel owner in America. Through her, Les meets Mitzi Moonkiss and the Japanese Yakuza ‒ lesbian geisha girls ‒ and every time he puts his head out the door some boofhead US marine is looking for a fight. And somewhere in the middle of all of this, a crazed serial killer is on the loose with a bayonet. Aloha, Les.©1994 Robert G Barrett (P)2013 Bolinda Publishing Mystery Fiction

Not his best book bit slow at times. But a lot of dry wit and pun and led up to his old tricks fighting getting pissed and shagging

Don't think robert g barrett can write a bad book

Barrett has created an endearing and loveable character! Great, easy stories that definitely appeal to men, especially those who enjoy a bit of adventure. Set in Sydney so more for Aussies.

Les Norton is an amazing character!
