These are Amongst the Best Meditations Ever

Meditation for Anxiety is a gem of an audiobook for meditations. It has three sets of three guided meditations for anxiety and stress relief and they are definitely relaxing. After listening to them all over several days I have noticed a difference. This is something that we all can use in our lives. And they work. My two favorites are the smile meditation by the stream and the body scan with all three backgrounds. Rachelle Stone is an excellent meditation guide. I could listen to her all day. She has a calm and relaxing voice. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Multiple meditations

This audio book has multiple meditations to use and choose from. The narrator did a great job. Her voice was very soothing to me. The background music was also enjoyable and soothing. I received this for free for an honest review.

Very Concise

I have meditated years ago and somehow fell out of the habit. I am wanting to encourage my wife to meditate and I wanted to renew my habit. This book is very well done and concise. It can be read very quickly to get a general idea about meditation and how simple it really is. This author keeps it pithy. Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in meditating. This was the book for me.

This was the book for me. While, yes, it has a lot of information that could be found online, I liked the presentation. It goes over the basics of meditation, suggestions on how to get started, and some nice inspirational quotes. Good For Beginners

A very good book for beginners and understanding different types of meditation, after studying this book I have now done a few sessions of guided meditations and found it is excellent for relieving stress and anxiety. disappointed

i was looking forward to this book to help me with my anxiety, but it was awful the person reading the sounds like a robot it was surpose to relax but it so didnt do that, would not recommend
