A fantastic story, kept me interested right through. The narration was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The tension was consistent throughout. The storyline was viable. At times a word became repetitive e,g. When Hugh and Amy were heading to the cove the word “shark” was used 3 times. At times the writing was a little wordy, but overall it was a jolly good listen. NOTE: the music played was dreadful!

For a free included audiobook this was well produced and the story was engaging.

It’s a classic tale but works well with the setting and the types of characters. The way they act was believable for who they are and their backgrounds. The ending was also satisfying- it’s great to be left still guessing until the ending, and then to have the ending actually make sense and not be overblown.

Totally gripping story, held my attention to the absolute end. Thoroughly recommend it. Will listen to more titles by this author.

Entertaining however implausible it may be. I really thought it would have been a prank till the end which would have been in keeping with the main characters antics, there's no way V would have schlept it through a cave 🙄
