I can't say it enough having two narrators brings the story to life, love it! now i dont think i can listen to audible any other way.
For Maverick the story i loved how it blended recalling back how he was rescued from the first book but I did struggle with the dynamics of the two characters. I was confused at their attraction if it was purely their encounter as he was the lovers man but mention she was not his usual but for Stephanie I found her character frustrating knowing she kept holding the truth but it all obviously came out.
I'm looking forward to listening to Jigsaw next.

really enjoyed maverick. I thought Lilly was writing herself into a corner with what maverick had to learn about Steph, that and the MC rules. it was a nice get out of the corner twist, yes there was unsolved endings for Stephs part of the story but to close it the author would have had to write a lot more into the plot. I think it would have complicated the series feel...going deeper than what Lilly was portraying with these books. so I'm ok with a loose end.
dual narration is brilliant and I hope I'm not spoiled now for listening to the other narrator's.
Will return for jigsaw's story but going to listen to another book with Jacob Morgan and ava just to make sure I'm not spoiled 😁😁😁

I loved hearing every minute if this book. The men and the women are strong, loyal and that makes one heck of a family within the MC. While this is maverick's and stephanie story I have to say that Cooper the president us more than a fair man.
These two people are attracted to each other they try and look out for each other in drastic times. But can it last they are both from different sides of the fence.
The narrators are wonderful totally enjoyed listening to them both.
