The E.J. and Abby combo has done it again!! I’ve been waiting for this to drop and it didn’t disappoint.

I instantly fell in love with Steph and Harper — they’re engaging, emotionally resonant, and incredibly likable. E. J. has such a gift for drawing out the depth and vulnerability of her main characters, and capturing the fragility of relationships through exploring insecurities. The writing is superior and she brings both the substance and the spice. The side characters were really likeable, without overshadowing the story. I didn’t want it to be over. I want more of Steph and Harper. In fact, I literally want to read about their whole lives.

Well worth waiting for.The first page was such a clever hook. This is a long crush of unrequited love between the actor and the makeup artist until the fundraiser tennis game. The falling in love stage is very hot but both are anxious over previous trust issues. Thankyou Abby Crayden for the deep, sultry nuance and the Southern drawl. A great listening time
