Excellent tools for mindfulness & meditation
Found this audio book great to listen to and very helpful for my mindfulness and meditation practice. It's a great format where the author takes you through the background of a particular topic or concept and then follows it with a simple exercise or practice you can use in your daily life. Great narration by the author and an audio book I've listened to many times. Loved how the author explains that many people don't just have one inner critic but a whole boardroom full. It makes you realise that you're not alone in suffering from the harsh voice of your inner critic and that there's things you can do to lessen the impact of the inner critic or even start using it to your advantage.

Good read if you want meditation practices
Was not really into the whole constant bringing back to meditation idea, as this was my first book in mindfullness was not sure what to expect.
However Mark reads it beautifully.
