The female voice actor has very little expression and absolutely NO PASSION. if you are not going to invest in proper sound effects just leave them to the imagination of the listener. The actors saying Bang Banf or Slap Slar is laughable !!!!

I love the backstory, the bromance, and the narrators. I didn't like Rachel until the very end, and I get the feeling she will grow on me even more by the end of the story-I can't wait.

I'm so happy we got so much context about Lars and Rachel. I can tell that it will add even more value later.

The Dario/Lars relationship was more satisfying than Rachel/Lars; I just loved it and felt it added so much depth to the story and to the characters' connection.

The funny thing is that before this book, I liked Lars more, and had a different view of his and Dario's relationship. Still, by the end, I was happy with my perceived shortcomings of Lars and the different relationship, because it made more sense with the cultural differences and made the relationship and story seem much deeper. I'm also glad Lars is not too much like the Italians (it preserves their cultural difference). I'm also glad I got to hear about the contributions Lars has made to the family.

Rachel's narrator really suited her character. The performance was great!

Can't wait for Valentino, but I will listen to Roberto's first until I get his.

I will be downloading the free epilogue for this one after I finish the series, because this one is unfinished.
