Publisher's Summary

A routine home visit to another patient brings on developing emotions for nurse Angela, whom struggles to keep her feelings inside from not only her patient (Ed) but the rest of the world as well.

Although it is looked upon as taboo and unprofessional, Nurse Angela begins experiencing uncontrollable feelings for a disabled man (Ed), who is not only married but has given Angela a new sense of purpose through his own tragedy that had left him confined to a wheel chair. While blossoming internally and falling deeper in Love with her patient (Ed), Angela struggles to keep her "Love on Mute" as it could ruin all that she has worked so hard for and land her in the middle of serious conflict amongst those who care for and love Ed the most. Ultimately, it’s her keeping quiet that could haunt her for the rest of her life.
