January's narration was exceptionally good. Great story by Cornwell, she has her mojo back. Brilliant!

I usually love The Kaye Scarpetta series. This latest book is boring, it has deviated a little too far from her other plots, to try to encompass too many issues of today. The Ukraine war, chemical warfare, AI technology etc.
it doesn’t work for me. This is just my opinion.
