Very helpful listen
Creating and sticking to new habits can be quite difficult. This audiobook, however, breaks those processes into digestible parts and makes it easier for listeners to readily pick up and stick with new habits.
I liked how this one talks about some of the things that get in the way of new habit formation. For example, when we expect that new habits will stick quickly, we often work too hard to make them stick at the beginning, get discouraged when we fail to see the results we desire, then quickly give up altogether.
The message of this audiobook helps shift such a style of thinking; it shows us that we should take simple, methodical steps in order to build and keep new habits. Best yet, it provides seven additional secrets for streamlining that habit formation process. It’s an engaging and helpful listen, and that’s why I recommend it.

This book is such a game changer!!
I have read it on my kindle before but I wanted an audio version so I can listen on my phone whenever I want!
The seven secrets described in this book are powerful tools that have undoubtedly shifted my perspective on habits completely. You can also tell the author really know what she's talking about since she gives many examples throughout the book and makes complex concepts easy to understand and implement. I now finally understand why I wasn’t able to develop new habits in the long run. I had been focusing on the wrong things this whole time. But with the help of "Little Habits Mastery," I now know how to break things down, make incremental changes, create a growth environment and pile my habits effectively on top of each other. As a result, I’ve managed to wake up early consistently, finally, started meditating, and have reduced smoking cigarettes to one a week..! Simply incredible improvements. Hands down, this is the only book you need to work on your habits and turn your life around.

Fake it Til you Make it!
Loved this book. It was all about creating small habits to help you become the person you want to be. I've always heard the term fake it til you make it and that's exactly what popped up when listening to this book. It's not that you're being fake it is that you're trying to be the person you want to be. And the only way to do that... is to do it!
There is also a lot of really good advice on breaking your bad habits. I've already put some of the things I've learned in this book into affect. You're never trapped in a bad habit! You can break it.
Loved this book. Give it a try!

Empowering, Useful, Liberating
I've struggled with procrastination throughout much of my life, it started in school and progressed into my professional life. While it hasn't taken over my ability to function, it is a definite issue, so I decided to look into self help around this problem, which is when I found Little Habit Mastery
This audiobook has been an incredible resource for me thus far. The author lays out clear steps and techniques for developing habits that promote productivity, and eliminating procrastination. Since listening, my productivity has at least doubled, and I'm finding myself with extra time to take care of additional tasks in my every day life.
The narrator is easy to understand and is engaging, without droning on on a given topic. For anyone looking to overcome procrastination and develop positive/productive habits, I would definitely recommend this title!
