I loved the humour and banter. I loved the clear and open communication between characters. I loved that there was no miss understandings, no stupid 3 act cliches but still so much action and character development. So well done

I usually don't rate books (mostly because why does anyone care what I think- anyway...)
This was a perfectly told and well-crafted tale. My first masked man dark romance and I loved all of this.
A feisty FMC whose character is consistently feisty throughout the story. A nurses understanding of mental health conditions, which is amazing. (I hate it when the ER nurse has a master's degree level understanding of Mental Health and this is attributed to 'time spent dealing with' which is superbly inaccurate).
But the MMC is to die for! His commentary with Fred is melt worthy.
The story includes mafia elements which aren't shoe horned in, the developments come as they're needed to arrive and are resolved by the end!
This story made me a happy little ear listening reading.

This story was so delightful to read that I could hardly put it down to do anything actually productive!
I laughed from start to finish and am now wondering if I have been missing out on a whole genre of books that I never knew I desperately needed in my life!
I loved it from start to finish and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting an amazing book to read!!!

Jacob Morgan - you killed this! I was cackling the whole time. Beautiful and sweet, a little messed up in some spots. But I loved it so much!!
