Relevant to anyone interested in good health
Loved it and a pity the audio book version doesn't have the attached PDF but I understand why. The information provided is enough for anyone to get started. I have been diabetes free for 5 years following Dr Taylor's published advice, it is possible.

very good - needs a bit more challenge
really good. just wish it had a bit more information on the competing viewpoints re low carb/keto. Mostly I would have liked to know whether the improved blood glucose readings within one week was a result of sudden significant carbohydrate reduction or because of very low calories in total.
