I quite enjoyed this book. I think the author is a a really good human being. He is telling his story about the hardship of living under the harsh rule of the USSR. I learned so much about the living conditions of that time and now under the rule of the cruel dictator Putin. After escaping to the USA and making the best life, he then had to deal with being unwittingly dragged into the possible criminal activities of an American businessman and how the investigation into this changed his life.
