Summary

I'm the daughter overlooked. In a world where omegas are valued, I'm tossed aside when I never present.

My daily routine is mundane—until my father tells me he got me a pack meeting, something strictly for omegas. It's ludicrous, and I have no choice.

But that's the least of my worries when a bag is thrown over my head. Rath may be my captor, but Kane, Oak, and Axel don't stop him. They are set on exacting revenge—but on the wrong woman. I haven't committed any of the crimes they accuse me of, and when their scent drives my instincts crazy, I'm forced to face the truth: the ones who were meant to love and protect me would become my ruin.

This book is a standalone dark why choose omegaverse, and it's FMMMMM.

I really liked this book, however its a book that listeners must have an open mind to because it does contain violence to the omega.
lana really was a great omega, although she wasn't in the first place. She had an evil twin who was very destructive and jealous. Lana was kidnapped and treatrested roughly, because they thought she was her twin. But thoughout everything one thing is clear that this pavk is her scent match but can the ever be forgiven? This was so good I would definitely read another of these stories.

Let’s be clear: this was not edgy dark romance. This was rape presented as romance, and the book itself uses that language. Then, barely a chapter or two later, it expects readers to accept jealousy, possessiveness, heat, and attraction toward the same men involved. There was no believable emotional groundwork, no trust building, and no character development to support that pivot.

I also struggled to keep track of the MMCs because none felt distinct enough to matter. The plot was weak, the pacing uneven, and the writing average at best.

The only redeeming feature of this audiobook was the narration. CJ Grey and Vico Ortiz brought far more skill and personality to the material than the story deserved. Especially the male performance, which was the only reason I finished the book.

I should have DNFed and saved myself the hours and sanity.
