About this listen

Meet the Kings of Sin . . .
The must-listen billionaire romance from the bestselling author of the Twisted series.
'Get ready for all the spice, all the build-up and all the sizzling tension' GLAMOUR
Listen to King of Sloth now for a steamy reverse grumpy sunshine romance.

He'd never wanted anyone enough to chase them . . . until he met her.

Charming, easy-going, and rich beyond belief, Xavier Castillo has the world at his fingertips.

He also has no interest in taking over his family's empire (much to his father's chagrin), but that hasn't stopped women from throwing themselves at him . . . unless the woman in question is his publicist.

Nothing brings him more joy than riling her up, but when a tragedy forces them closer than ever, he must grapple with the uncertainty of his future - and the realization that the only person immune to his charms is the only one he truly wants.

***

Cool, intelligent, and ambitious, Sloane Kensington is a high-powered publicist who's used to dealing with difficult clients.

However, none infuriate - or tempt - her more than a certain billionaire heir, with his stupid dimples and laid-back attitude.

She may be forced to work with him, but she'll never fall for him . . . no matter how fast he makes her heart beat or how thoughtful he is beneath his party persona.

He's her client, and that's all he'll ever be. Right?

King of Sloth is a steamy reverse grumpy sunshine billionaire romance. It includes explicit content and profanity. Recommended for mature listeners only.

The voices for this audio were perfect for the characters.
In regards to the story is was average. Still a fun time though.
Sloane was very relatable as I can see so much of myself in her. So it was great that Xavier was able to validate her feelings and reasons for coming across as cold.
They both balance each other's personalities and I will love seeing crumbs of them in the next books.

Perfect voices for characters

It’s a very steady and not so heavy one. I like its simplicity. but king of greed still 😊

A great read. A publicist sent to keep him in check. Whilst he does things to rile his father up, she slowly manages to tame him. Till they both fall in love. But they both have past traumas to get through before their love can be free.
Narration was awesome.

I loved the story and characters. I particularly enjoyed Xavier's character.

I didn't like the red herrings that left me wondering, though they may flow into the next book in this series. I won't elaborate so I don't spoil anything, but I could have had more satisfaction from Sloan's father learning things.

The performance was great, though, because I commenced the story with the hard copy book and finished with audio, It was pronounced Javier (sounds like Havier) in the audio version (original Spanish pronounciation) and in my head his name was Xavier as in Zavier (UK/US pronounciation).

Loved it!
