Publisher's Summary

"My good intentions always led to disaster. The cold hard truth is that I was never meant to be a father to Lily. Staying in Treepoint, Kentucky for a few weeks to get to know my daughter was meant to be a time of discovery; instead, I find out that she's married to a killer and living in a sex club. I'm going to find out how to destroy the Last Riders and give Lily the future she deserves."

"He thinks I'm a whore; he doesn't know me. I'm nobody's fool, but he thinks he's going to use me to find the Last Riders' only weakness. That's his biggest mistake of all. There's more to me than meets the eye. King thinks he's too good for me, that I'm less than dirt in his eyes. What the King of Queen City is going to find out too late is that I'm his judge, and I hold his life in my hands."

Excellent continuance of the Last Riders series.

Beautifully touches on moments from the Last Riders series as well as adding more detail from behind the scenes.

Really Good Addition To The Series. KILL YA MA!!!

Any additional comments?

I am a fan of the narrator which made it more enjoyable, however can someone tell these narrators that it's Kill Ya Ma not Killyama. Three syllables KILL YA MA PLEASE!!!!! My other complaint is that it is too short. Its worth the credit

Wow!

Evie deserves nothing but the best with all her trial and tribulations. King is exactly that man. Big, strong, alpha and just her protector. Writing is spot on, narration could have been better!!!

Power, fuel, fire, ignition

King has his hands full with a smart, sexy, strong woman. She has to find what she wants at this point in her life. The narrator bring life to these words and gives an anchor to hold on to.

Finally We Have A King Book!!

I loved this book, I really enjoyed the way the author weaves in old storylines and characters. finally having a book about king and diving more into his story was great, however I noticed the narrator misspoke some of the names, also from the early vip room books kings physical traits has changed, in the old books he was discribe as a large guy with dark eyes now he had the same violet eyes as lily and less built interesting how that changes the perspective also he and lily's relationship is also touched on in this book which I liked 5 stars

Great Book

I am a huge Jamie Begley fan and I love all her books. King was not a good man in my book, the other Last Rider books and VIP rooms books, haven't put King in my good books. Kings own book has changed my mind, he just wanted to protect his family.

King just wants Lily to be safe and he doesn't think Shade is the best man for her. His aim is to destroy the Last Riders, destroy Shade and get Lily back in his life. His good intentions always led to disaster, he just wanted to get to know Lily and her life in Treepoint. King moved back to Queen City to finish his business there.

Evie was sent to keep an eye on King for Shade. Shade doesn't trust King to do the right thing by Lily. Evie moved to Queen city to be near King. King doesn't think much of Evie and the Last Riders. He thinks all the Last Rider women are whores.

King and Evie have been seeing each other but they are each other worst enemy. Each thinks they are better than the other. What's going to happen between King and Evie? Will Lily and Shade survive?

I would recommend this book and all Jamie Begley's books.
