Special Agent Jerry Simmons relocates from Toledo, Ohio to the FBI's White Collar and Organized Crime Unit in West Palm Beach, Florida -- a feeding ground for sharks of all types, both fish and con-artists. When Simmons is injured during the arrest, his relationship with Rachel gets its first test.
