By contrast, Andy proves that it is in concentrating on the smaller things that we add value and margin.

Story
Common people. Maybe you heard their names in a childhood Sunday school class. They're not often the champions or the go-to sermon illustrations. They probably didn't stand at the foot of the cross or even hang next to Jesus on one of their own. But they pepper the pages of the Bible, reminding us that we're not alone. Just like you and me, these ordinary people stumbled and struggled. They faced their own sin and came face-to-face with a God who not only wipes it away, but also makes the common extraordinary.
Publisher's Summary
From New York Times best-selling author Andy Andrews comes the return of one of our favorite fictional characters: Jones, the Noticer. Jones’ wise stories have comforted and guided millions. In Just Jones, navigate the hope that the impossible can come true.
At 3:29 a.m. on May 22, a telephone rings in Orange Beach, Alabama. Breaking the sleepy silence inside the bedroom of New York Times best-selling author Andy Andrews, a hastily whispered message heralds the news that Andy has been waiting on for seven years: Jones is back in town. Apparently, however, he is also in jail.
The old man is tight-lipped about the circumstances surrounding his brief incarceration. After arriving to bail him out, Andy is shocked to discover that his trusted friend has already opened an unusual business in one of the resort town’s most high-profile shopping districts.
As the town moves from spring to summer, a practical joker is becoming bolder and more inventive with every prank that is pulled. Could Jones be behind some of it? Why? What’s the truth about that 400-pound table in his store? And why does it look as if every person Jones meets has a secret they will reveal only to him?
With melodic writing and a whimsical, authentic voice, Andy and Jones take you on a sometimes-hilarious journey to discover the heart of people and learn a few valuable lessons along the way, including:
- The importance of perspective
- The power of connection to create peace in a community
- And the ability you have to make the impossible come true
Just Jones is book three in the the Noticer series, following The Noticer and The Noticer Returns. Each book is a stand-alone fictional novel based on true events, following the character of Jones, a mysterious elderly man with endless wisdom who always appears to show up exactly when he’s needed most.
Critic Reviews
"This latest soon-to-be-classic from Andy Andrews continues to challenge us to think about life and our current situations from different and unique perspectives. And always with the focus of helping us evolve, grow, and prosper. In addition, the story that surrounds and propels all this valuable information is one of the best (and most fun) you'll ever read." (Steve Jacobson, CEO Fairway Mortgage)
"Just Jones is a rare accomplishment--a mystery that is at times touching but often so funny that I laughed out loud. When one wraps an awesome story around wisdom with the power to change lives...well, how many great books can you name like that? Just Jones is a masterpiece." (Michael Hyatt, New York Times best-selling author)
"In much the same way Andy Andrews presents on stage - making him one of the most sought-after speakers in America - in Just Jones he weaves a rollicking sidewinder of a tale that'll delight his fans anew. Get to know a troubled girl with a funny name who experiences a character arc rarely manifested in contemporary fiction." (Jerry B. Jenkins, novelist and biographer)

Wow What A Story
I love a good story. This new book, “Just Jones” by Andy Andrews is a good story. I have enjoyed meeting and getting to know Jones through the books and this story introduces us to even more Jones.
I started thinking at the beginning of the book who is the Jones in my life and actually I’ve had many, not just one person. Then I think who have I been a Jones to and am glad to remember that there have been a few people I have touched. I have been given to and given out and that is in part what this story is about.
Andy mentions in the interview at the end of the audio book that he wanted to give people something to talk about and he has followed through with that goal.
I love the references to the Andy Griffith show and the applications he incorporates in each of his stories but especially the Jones’ books.
This story does not disappoint. And can be read, listened to many times to always glean something else from.

They just keep getting better!
Andy did it again!!!
I have the hard copies of and have read The Noticer and The Noticer Returns a while ago and I just finished listening to the audio of this one. I raved over the first Jones book and then I raved over the second one claiming it was even better than the first but now Just Jones has surpassed them both! It touched my heart. I laughed and I cried. Some moments where lighthearted and easy going while others where serious and drew my undivided attention. It is an amazing book and I will definitely purchase the hard copy. I have recommended this book as well as the first two books to everyone I know. They just keep getting better and I love them, especially Just Jones! Thank you, Andy!!!
