It was a very good performance but I found the book a bit unentertaining but I love all of Roald Dahl’s other books. 📖

This is ME!

The story itself is fantastic.
Unfortunately this version of the audiobook is very difficult to listen to, in fact I would say unlistenable.
The narration is very inconsistent.
Some characters are voiced almost at a whisper, and some at quite a raised voice, almost yelling. To raise the volume enough to clearly hear the softly spoken parts, the loud parts are then at a startlingly loud shout.

Different volumes for different characters
