Just a really good intro into all the things we should all know about: our money, financial planners, the banks, basic terms and trends.

Highly specific to Australia, but I would say Australians should read this first before the traditional personal finance books (The Wealthy Barber, even perhaps The Intelligent Investor).

How much do you keep track of your superannuation? Do you know the fees? What are the annual return and what sort of assets class it is currently being invested in?
Everyone is different, and you should care because it is your money. Especially post Banking Royal Commission, you need to be more diligent in managing your own money and not letting it hoping someone else will do it for you.

Only wish I’d been able to read this years ago. Excellent narration by Alan Kohler. Disagree with the blockchain trend at the end, AI completely will change our world and the war markets and businesses perform but blockchain still is a product looking for a problem.
