Morgan isn’t sure about her new boyfriend, Justin. Before the couple go on a romantic weekend trip, Morgan attends an appointment with her neurologist, Dr. Koftura, who has monitored her since an accident she had when she was seven years old. From the beginning this story lacked an engaging story line, perhaps the background of the foster kids came out too late in the story to connect the relevance at key stages.

It was a good story but not very well rounded or astounding. I enjoyed it and finished it but wouldn’t want to listen again.

I was hooked early and thought I had guessed the mystery about 3/4 of the way through.. alas the ending was so way out it left me disappointed. Also the narrator sounded like a fifty something woman instead of a mid twenties character so my mind kept flipping to that..

This story was really well paced and was interesting to listen to. I certainly didn't guess the ending, and felt that was a bit rushed and would have preferred had it been explained and fleshed out a bit more. Nonetheless, it was still enjoyable and I'll probably listen to other books from this author.
