As the title would suggest, the book is a very easy listen and while it covers the subject well, doesn’t go into laborious detail that a lot of histories do.

I loved this book i learned a lot about my countrys history from about 5000 B.C right up to 2013 A.D highly recommended if you want to learn all about Irelands history throughout the ages.

It was always going to be a big ask summarising the entire history of a country in a single book. This book manages it well with enough depth to keep you interested and give you areas to explore further should you wish to
