Life changing
If you are looking for a diet book with a hook like 'high fat, low carbs' or buzzwords like paleo or clean eating this is the wrong place. This book instead teaches you how to eat, how to listen to what your body is telling you, how to enjoy food again and how to unlearn all of the negative associations and guilt you have for food. It has helped me develop a healthy relationship with food and my body. I don't count carbs, calories or even my weight anymore, i eat whatever I want but stop when I am full and i don't beat myself up or punish myself if i do slip up and over indulge. Highly recommended.

Wow wow wow!!
A friend told me about this book, we are both chronic overeaters. I never knew that it would touch me so deep, the idea is simple but it’s delivered in a way that really got through to me. I recommend to anyone who has issues with food, or who, like me, cant stop eating when the food is on display. I already feel lighter, more in control and actually listening to my body.

I don’t think this is the full book...
I feel like this was really short. I haven’t read the book but it felt like there was a lot missing. What was there was good, but it’s not worth the $17AUD for what could have been a few episodes of a free podcast.
