a great introduction to this author and an excellent example of dark mafia romance !

The plot twist was a little foreseeable. The author did a great job of writing spicy scenes. I didn’t get a yearning or a real moment of clarity as to when they stopped “hating” (didn’t really give hate vibes more just stated once or twice that they didn’t like each other) the other. The spicy scenes were a little lack lustre but still interesting. I wasn’t excited as I’d hoped to be about the “uno reverse” trope (she stalked him but he stalked her back, but better). There was so much potential here. I felt like this was light dark (grey) romance. Easy listen. Good vibes.

Yes yes yes! I love the old switch-a-roo when it comes to the traditional ‘stalker romance’.

Ara is set on revenge after her mother’s death (and her near death) when she was a young girl, and her focus is on finding the man responsible.

This puts her in the path Luca Armani, who also happens to be the head of the Mafia.

I enjoyed this so much, the hate, the heat, the twists, all of it!

Devoured this in one sitting. If you love Dark Mafia that isn’t the same old thing, then I highly recommend checking this out!

the only thing I think should have been done was the male should have spoken for all of the male parts not just his chapters

he was just as in love with her as she was him but she didn't see it at first
