concise but could use more fluff

Really enjoyed the to the point attitude of the book. The book genuinely goes over 17 tips for managing virtual times but I would have like to see more stories or examples of these tips helped a situation.

Management not leadership

This book was a standard book about general management practices. When I searched under remote leadership, I was hoping to find something more substantial in terms of good leadership practices, but this was really about managing and once or twice dipped into manipulation. There was really almost nothing about leadership. It also didn’t seem to focus very much on the virtual aspect. That said, it was filled with tactics that can help you manage teams and drive people to compliance. If that’s what you’re looking for, this might be a good book.

Well Written. Enjoyable. You Learn Something.

the title describes my review. This book was well-written and well-read. The author does a great job at repeating specific points that he wants you to remember and doing it in such a way where it is more helpful than annoying. the author speaks from himself, he does not do any research but uses and give you knowledge that he has used himself in the past

I love common sense!

Definitely, a business book worthy of listening to! Its 2020, mid- pandemic in the USA, and we are still learning how to work remotely. Every Business needs to learn and practice these tools. Even college educators, who don't know how to virtually teach their students, need to learn these core common tools on how to effectively work in teams, addressed and resolved. Love the content , the step by step layout, and cheatsheet notes. **Audible should let listeners choose the narrator tone...female or male.*
