This really got me thinking

The approach to the topic was genuine and the banter between the narrators was relatable. Admitting that you have a bad habit is hard, and finding the right way to overcome or change it is difficult. I've had a really bad habit for a while, but after listening here I am ready to tackle it. The multiple perspectives on this topic helps to see a problem from every angle.

Wow. so much behind seeing habits

I'm really inspired now to look at my day and how I can include habits I want to have. How to slowly slot them in in my schedule. also inspired to look at what I have wanted to achieve for a while, like learning my ukulele and how to do it. This was an amazing, life changing audible.

Concise, educational and enjoyable

Loved how quick, digestible and interesting these were. Actionable tips in every episode, plus sufficient recognition that not all of it is effective by itself or immediately. Only complaint is in the first few episodes, some sentences are spliced together between the hosts and interview quotes, which always feels quite disjointed.

Great Basic Introduction

I loved the delivery of this introduction to changing behaviour. Ash and Alice bounce of each other well and are very easy to listen to. This book didn't quite have the depth I was hoping for but that may say more about my previous knowledge coming into the topic than the book itself. I found the stories and experiments discussed to be thought provoking which left me wanting to delve into more discussions and readings related to this topic.

Good info

Lots of good info presented in a fun, down to earth way. The editing kept my attention as I listened to the entire series in one go. I must say that all of the techniques and paths to forming good habits are happening in a regular yoga practice (I’m talking from a philosophical perspective rather than a physical one, although the physical practice is definitely a slice of the whole pie.) For example, baby steps, MEA, hypnosis (well, meditation can be quite hypnotic) are all on the path of practice and repetition, changing samskaras (patterns/ record grooves) and eventually turning in your unwanted habits for the ones that improve your existence. I really enjoyed it. Now, off to fine tune the habits that need reminding. Thanks!

So poorly made can't process the info.

After listening to the sample I was really looking forward to listening to the whole series. I just about got through the first episode but the second episodes started just as bad and was clearly getting worse. The two main presenters seem to love their voices far too much. They would be playing a snippet of an interview and then randomly complete the interviewers story themselves. This was so blatant and frequent that I couldn't even to assess the information which was being given.
