Summary

 Während eines Gewitters sucht Herr Wagner in einem Hauseingang Schutz vor dem heftigen Regen. Die Tür ist offen, wie er überrascht feststellt. Als er eintritt, entdeckt er ein Schild '"Amt für Ausgleichsangelegenheiten". Alles scheint verwaist, auch Öffnungszeiten sind nicht angegeben. "Was ist das bloß für ein Laden?" fragt sich Herr Wagner. Er beginnt, das Gebäude zu erforschen und landet unverhofft in einem alten, staubigen Archiv.
