Summary

The story and its gentle but firm message is that we ARE inter-dependent and no-one in any family should see themselves as any less worthy because of position, power and more. I really enjoyed my listen, as I drove around the city we have returned to and as always, Kylie you gave us a story with a message. Very happy to champion organ donation. Our details are on the system and have been for years. I enjoyed the narration too.

This is a well researched novel that intrigued me with a much greater depth than I was expecting. Having both family and friends on both sides of the organ donation and recipient balance beam, I was touched, enchanted and delighted by the way Kylie Ladd addressed so many issues and demonstrated so coherently and smoothly how the lives of everyone concerned are touched and altered irrevocably by the gift of organ donation and all the incredibly ingenious medicine that enables it.

So much life in death.
