L'audiolibro è basato sul testo che riproduce la lezione del manoscritto G 14 custodito dalla Biblioteca Augusta del Comune di Perugia. Il manoscritto, datato XVI secolo, proveniente dalla Biblioteca di Monteripido, fu copiato da cinque (o sei) diversi amanuensi ed esibisce diversi ispanismi, alcuni vocalismi umbri e una notevole alternanza morfologica.
