About this listen

Jana Fleischer loves her life - wonderful family, best sister in the world, awesome soon to be sister-in-law, fabulous job, and a never-ending stream of men to chew through and spit out. So what if everyone says she’s too picky and she’s never had a real relationship?

When a chance meeting with Brooke Donnelly leaves Jana literally and figuratively off-balance, it doesn’t take long for her initial annoyance to turn into the first sparks of friendship. Jana always thought she was happy with her life, but the more time she spends with Brooke, the more she realizes something is missing. And maybe not just in the friendship department.

But how do you make that leap when you’ve never even considered kissing a woman, and have spent your whole life avoiding romantic commitments? Being brave, taking the first step, and admitting she wants to try to make things work with Brooke is only the beginning. Whether it’s the beginning of a disaster - or everything Jana hadn’t realized she wanted - depends on if Brooke can also be brave enough....

Fantastic, absolutely loved the story and a great follow on from the previous 2 books in the series. That type of book you don’t want to put down or to end .

Absolutely amazing

Read this book once then decided to listen to it. Loved the third installation of this series. Loved Jana character so much from when she was first introduced to this story; So well rounded and extremely entertaining. Brook and Jana are great characters independently and awesome together. they're chemistry is palpable. Not to mention, "Hi Sabby and Bec! Love you to death!"
Noyes write another brilliant read that sucks you in and keeps you there.
Honestly, I was a bit hesitant in purchasing the audio version of this book as Abby Craden is my all time favourite narrator and has just spoilt me for listening to anyone else (first two books are narrated by her)...but Kelsey Navarro has a lovely voice and did an awesome job of narrating this book. Her character voices were spot on for my imagination and also similar enough to Craden's portrayal of the same characters (all but a few). Michael's voice was a little confusing to decipher and Bec's voice was completely different, this was unsettling to me as a voice builds an image of the character. Otherwise the audio wasn't jarring, in the sense that the essence of the characters were kept intact when transitioned between two different narrators.

So good

Although initially taken a back because Abby Craven didn’t do the narration I adjusted and enjoyed the read. Absolutely love this series and enjoyed the more intimate bits as well. Another great read and now onto the fourth thank you.

Loved it

Overall the story is a fitting legacy from Ask Tell and Ask Me Again by E J. So first bit of advice is you need to listen to both those stories, before you listen to If the Shoe Fits. Now... The only thing that has left me wanting with this story is the narration. Whilst a solid performance by the narrator the voices are all wrong and it left me wanting to hear Sabs, Bec’s and Janna’s (Abbey Craden voices). But having said this definitely worth listening to as it is a beautiful story and a fitting end for Sabs and Bec. Still my favourite series, If the Shoe Fits had me laughing with tears of joy.

As an entrepreneur with a growing business 30+ staff... i am a highly strung type a personality.

So when i read or listen to a book.... i am an escapist.... i love comedy’s and light romance stories with a side of sexy... gives me ideas with my wife ;)

But mostly i enjoy a story teller who provides my imagination an easy slip into another world... this author does this every time. I actually stop thinking about work and really enjoy the journey.

With charming slightly nerdy humour that’s very Queensland Australia...

Narrator was really good too, brought the story to life really well :)

Big fan!!! Thank you keep it up! I buy all your things! :)

Love this author! Funny and romantic. Entertaining

another great book written by E. J Noyes. I love the way it carries on from Ask, Tell and Ask again but holds it own as a solo book. Fantastic read

Another great book

I loved this book but due to the different narrator I had to wait to give it a listen. I thought the narrator suited this book and did a good job. I wonder with hope if there will be another book in this series. Another great book by E.J

Loved book 3 in the series

This audiobook made it stark clear that Abby Craden ruined me for other audiobooks readers. I don’t mean to be hurtful towards the narrator of this book, however, there was no difference in the character’s voices that it was very hard to decipher who was speaking and it confused me sometimes and made it difficult to follow the story. There were inflections and manner of speaking especially during certain scenes (sex) that would have helped the story a lot if the narration had more acting in it and not just plain reading the text. I couldn’t help but imagine Abby Craden’s voice taking over, adding her touch of genius during a dialogues and try hard to absorb what was going during the scene over the actual narrator’s voice. So, while doing that I can’t help but feel disappointed instead if enjoying the scene,

They should have hired Abby Craden for this book
