Während Ansgar David vom BKA versucht, die Hintermänner des Anschlages zu finden, überzeugt der amerikanische Geheimdienst den ehemaligen Topagenten Peter Walsh davon, einen letzten Auftrag anzunehmen, um einen gefährlichen Islamisten in Deutschland zu verhaften.
