The story itself was really good and I think I’ll start the second book. My only dislike was the reader for this book. His character impersonations were awful. Especially Sam and the principal. Would have preferred if they were just read in a normal tone. His impersonation of Sam sounded like something from Revenge of the Nerds. I cringed so hard at times and I nearly didn’t listen to the book because of it.

Absolutely loved it! And the narrator was brilliant! It’s such a unique and exciting world and story that’s been created and I can’t wait to listen to the rest of the books in the series.

I watched the movie and was disappointed they didn’t make another one so I decided to listen to the book and it was fantastic and couldn’t stop listening and can’t wait to listen to the rest. Just the type of series I was looking for.
