A gentle reminder to be mindful of how time is spent, and best ways to use work, family, and personal time. Very useful for those who 'Don't have time'. I look forward to listening to more from Laura Vanderkam.

Good Ideas

I've read her book, so this is a recap of Laura's ideas on how to see your week as 168 hours and plan for it. A bit unorthodox. But I'm trying it out. Worth a read.
