Loved every single word, exactly what I’ve been looking for!
I have been listening to chapters of this book on repeat since I discovered it and it is helping so much.
The journal prompts are like nothing I’ve found before and there are meditations read by Alex and her incredibly soothing voice throughout the book. Also brought the kindle version because there are pages that just need to be read over and over!
Absolutely recommend!!
