I am a sufferer of PTSD and this book was hard to get through for me. I also felt like the lead girl came across younger than what she is, like a 16 year old instead of a 22 year old.

however, the series finished beautifully and everything wrapped up nicely. I would love a whole book with them all 10 years later

I enjoyed every book in this series. Beau and Bailey's story was hard to put down. Elsie Silver does smalltown and family romance so well. Excellent narration. Can't wait for Ms. Silver's next series. No doubt I'll be revisiting Chestnut Springs again and again...
